- 1 / 5By Rock StartOrdered a double decadence came without liquid cheese (oven must have dried up the minimal amount put on there) manager offered a replacement. So my family had to wait another 20mins.
New pizza arrived in exactly the same situation, advised the store manager who replied "thats because the first pizza I made was fine". So knowing they were not actually going to fix the problem Dominos Sunbury kept us waiting and wasted our time. This manager has no customer service skills nor people skills. Constantly talked over me in a loud tone to drown out what I was trying to say.
Complete dis-regard for the customer.
Have not ordered from here since.January 15, 2017
